Representatives from ICS, SCHRADERGROUP, and GD Houtman &Son, Inc., presented a draft overview of the K-1 Early Learning Center Feasibility Study to the Board on January 9, 2025. They cited district-wide enrollment projections, as well as examples of Early Learning Centers in the Phoenixville Area, Springfield Township, and York Suburban school districts. They went over opportunities and constraints associated with Rose Tree Media’s project, including the possible range of costs and the likely timelines for completion.

The district contracted with GKO Architects to update the district's feasibility study. GKO developed a district-wide facility study to assist the district in the capital improvements schedule. GKO architects and engineers assessed the buildings and grounds along with reviewing the architecture, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical components of each building/site. As part of the process GKO personnel also met with district personnel to review educational programs and space needs for each school building.

2023 Feasibility Study
