In August, all students and parents receive login credentials for HAC. Students and parents/guardians are both able to log into HAC, though they will have separate and unique login credentials. All login credentials are case sensitive.

Parents/guardians are able to view all children within their one account by toggling among children on the top right side of the screen. They can also view address/phone information, attendance, report cards, student fees, and standardized test scores. In grades 6-12, the parent/guardian can see the student’s daily schedule, assignment grades, and unofficial (where applicable).

Online report cards and progress reports will only be visible at the end of each marking period.  Users will only see the current school year’s report cards and progress reports. If you need a paper copy of a report card, please contact your school’s main office.

Yes, at all grade levels, you are able to create attendance alerts. For parents/guardians of 6-12 graders, you can create discipline and classwork alerts. For all alerts, parents/guardians will receive an automatic email when the threshold, defined by you, has been reached. Attendance alerts will be sent for every attendance entry. Please note that within 48 hours of receiving an absence note the main office will update a student’s attendance.

The parent login for HAC allows you to update your email address. When accessing HAC, you should check the demographic information we have on file. Contact your student’s school building if emergency information or phone numbers must be updated. This update can be done at any point during the year.

• To change report card run back to marking period 1, select dropdown and choose 1.
• To see class averages, click "Full View" button to the right.
• Hard copy printing of report card can now be completed from a non-mobile device associated to a printer.
• Printing of report card to a screen can now be completed on a mobile device.
